Very disappointed. I ordered a large coffee at Starbucks, but the cup was filled with a huge amount of ice and very little drink. I paid for a large size, but ended up getting mostly ice. I would appreciate it if the amount of ice were reasonable and there was enough drink in the cup.

Terrible Service Experience!!!! Attention Supervisor I am writing this in hopes that a supervisor reads it. This was hands down the worst service experience I have ever had. I visited today shortly after 3:00 PM and ordered a decaf iced Americano. After waiting for 15 minutes without receiving my drink, I asked the barista about it, but they completely ignored me and didn't even bother to reply. I waited another 10 minutes and asked again what happened to my order. They made a ridiculous excuse, claiming it seems the drink was made hot instead. When I requested a cancellation, the staff (female cashier) member offered no apology whatsoever and bluntly told me, "It will be refunded to your card," in an extremely rude and cold manner. I used to have a very positive image of Starbucks, but because of these two employees, I have zero desire to ever visit this location again. I strongly hope management takes this seriously and properly retrains the staff.

Walked in on Tuesday August 4th around 10.30AM. I ordered a Vanilla Cream Protein Shaken Espresso with no brown sugar syrup and serve cold (dumped the ice after making it). I watched the barista make my drink, and I’m almost certain she added two pumps of brown sugar syrup. Since I thought she might have been making another drink at the same time, I asked her when she handed me my order, “Are you sure there’s no syrup in this?” She looked me in the eye and confidently said, “Yes.” As soon as I took my first sip, I knew that wasn’t true. I order this exact drink all the time without syrup, so I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. It was much sweeter than usual. Making a mistake is one thing. Everyone can misread a modifications or accidentally make the wrong drink. But this wasn’t just a mistake. I specifically asked before leaving, giving her the opportunity to check or remake it, and instead she assured me it contained no syrup. What if I had diabetes, a food allergy, or another medical condition that required me to avoid sugar? This kind of carelessness could have serious consequences. This is easily one of my favorite spots in Burbank. Whether I’m grabbing a quick cold brew before hitting the shops downtown or settling in to get some work done, the atmosphere here is always welcoming and energetic. The staff is incredibly efficient—even during the morning rush—and they always nail the drink customizations. It’s clean, well-lit, and has that perfect local neighborhood feel right on San Fernando. Highly recommend if you're looking for a consistent brew and a friendly smile.

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning to get a bagel and a drink for my wife. I was in the area already and waiting for a breakfast place to open so I stopped by this Starbucks first. I found parking easily in the front where the 30 min parking is because it was early and no one was here yet. When I walked inside, there were only 2 other guest sitting in there. I wanted a plain bagel but they were all out so I went with a everything bagel, toasted and with cream cheese. I got my wife her iced blonde vanilla latte and got myself a water with ice. My bagel came out first and then my wife drink. I saw the barista preparing my water and she pull a lot of ice like where it was already to the top of the grande size cup. I thought my bagel was okay but I really prefer the plain bagel, I say down and ate my bagel inside Starbucks. My wife enjoyed her drink as well since it's her favorite and they put light ice like I asked.
